Hopewell Basketball Game - Concessions - Monday January 12, 2009 We will need four people at all times (some can be athletes - and is recommended) for concession duty starting at 4:30pm - 9:00pm (can be shifts) and 6 or so for cleanup afterwards. The clean-up is not optional, sorry. This is a good fundraiser for us since we keep 50% of proceeds.  Please let Avis know if you are able to work (avis.lewis@mindspring.com)

Attention all prospective Hopewell softball players

Our first practice date is rapidly approaching; February 16, 2009 at 2:30pm. We will hold our final team meeting before the season starts on January 8, at 6:50am in the gym.

There are items that need to be taken care of now - Each athlete trying out for softball must have:

1. 2 proofs of residence; either gas, electric or water bill (no phone bills) these would need to be dated January 2009.

2. A completed physical signed by a Physician on CMS forms only.

3 Insurance waiver.

You may bring these forms to Coach Webster at the team meeting on Jan. 8th. Forms for 2 and 3 can be found on the forms link to the left.

Work outs will continue:
Jan. 6, 7, 8, (exam week) 21, 22, 27, 28, 29,
Feb. 3, 4, 5 and 10,11,12.
First official practice Feb. 16 2:30 pm.
